Shipping + Returns


Jolly Smith dispatches almost all its orders the day after it has been received and uses the UK Postal service, first class to ensure a quicker delivery service. 

On larger items jollysmith use a 3-5 courier service. Doing so means we can still offer free shipping on all orders. 

express deliveries we use a signed for delivery service again via the post office. On larger items we will use a next day courier service. 


Our policy is to take anything back that you are not satisfied within 7 days of delivery and a full refund of the returned item will be made providing the following conditions are met:

A/ The cost of returning the product(s) will be the responsibility of the customer. In the case of larger items or products that require specific treatment we reserve the right to nominate a specialist transport company to reduce the risk of damage due to poor handling.This cost will be passed on to the client and will also be charged each time the client accepts a returns collection date but fails to meet that collection appointment.
B/ The goods must be adequately packed including all original packing to prevent damage in transit.
C/ Goods must be received by us in their original condition, unused, undamaged and with the original packing intact for us to be able to offer a refund or replacement.
D/The returns and refunds policy does not apply to products that have been specially requested or made to order to particular requirements. Trade orders or large volume orders will also be excluded from standard returns policy, the customer will be made aware of this when the order is accepted.
E/ The refund is for the cost of the item only and does not include the initial delivery charge.
