1.1.1. If you place an order on us for products you will need to provide us with your personal details (name, delivery address, email address and phone number) and your payment details (credit/debit card number and name and address of the card holder). We will use this information to contact you about your order and to deliver the products to you. We will also keep a record of your order including your product purchase history and will use this for our internal business purposes including to improve our products and to ensure that we have sufficient stocks of products available.
1.1.2. If you apply for credit you will need to provide us with the personal details of your directors or officers (name, home address, date of birth) and trade references. We will use this information to carry out credit checks with credit reference agencies to assist in our decision as to whether, and on what terms, to give your business credit.
1.1.3. If you sign up to use our online portal you will need to provide us with your email address. You will need to create a password to access your account on our online portal you must keep your user access information for our online portal secure and confidential.
1.1.4. If you are another business and we collaborate with you to provide goods to our customers we will collect information about you (or your employees and officers), including name, contact details and bank details for the purposes of that collaboration and providing such goods.
1.1.5. If you contact us to request information about us or our products or to make a complaint you will need to provide us with your name, email address, business address and phone number. We will use this information to answer your enquiry, send you the requested information or literature or to respond to your complaint.

7. Where will we keep your information?

8.1. Our website uses Google Analytics to help analyse how users use our website. This analytical tool uses 'cookies', which are text files placed on your computer, to collect standard internet log information and visitor behaviour information in an anonymous form. The information generated by the cookie about your use of our website (including your IP address) is transmitted to Google. This information is then used to evaluate visitor use of the website and to compile statistical reports on website activity.
8.2. We will not (and will not allow any third party) to use the statistical analytics tool to track or to collect any of your personally identifiable information. We will not associate any data gathered from our website with any personally identifying information from any source as part of our use of the Google statistical analytics tool. Google will not associate your IP address with any other data held by Google. Neither we nor Google will link, or seek to link, an IP address with the identity of a computer user.
